As a dedicated educator and entrepreneur, I am deeply committed to exploring diverse business opportunities while continually seeking ways to contribute meaningfully to society. My passion lies in imparting values in the next generation and promoting positive community transformation. Balancing these pursuits with my role as a devoted mother, I aspire to nurture my child as an educated individual poised to make notable contributions to our global community. As Student Services Director, I am determined to score a numerous of activities aimed at cultivating leadership abilities among our students. Through meticulously planned events, I foster holistic development, nurturing their personalities in toto. Additionally, I actively promote discipline within the college community, encouraging an environment conducive to growth and excellence. These endeavours are integral to my goal of shaping well-rounded individuals confident to make meaningful contributions to their immediate surroundings and the broader world.

I would like to discuss an idea that we were able to develop and implement, leading to tangible results. As an educational institution we are well equipped with best-in-class faculty who are equipped with indispensable skills and knowledge to provide our students with the highest quality education and training to prepare them to be socially conscious future business leaders for the world. Our motivation of giving back to the community, we designed ‘Designing Careers for Healthcare’ and ‘Project ASPIRE’ under which we identified 3 government degree colleges in Hyderabad and Wargal Village in Siddipet district, Telangana. With proprietary content being designed and developed by industry veterans, we did intensive training bootcamps to 50-60 girl students from MJPTBC WELFARE Residential Degree College for Women, Wargal on Health care and Hospital management – non-clinical for a duration of 2 months. We strived to equip candidates with relevant behavioural and technical skills required for non-clinical processes and procedures to succeed in the healthcare industry. We also offered placements to the students trained by us. We take pride in placing 61% of the batch in best of the multi-speciality hospitals such as Yashoda Hospitals, Rainbow Hospitals, Arete Hospitals and Meghavi wellness and Spa. Under ‘Project ASPIRE’, a rigorous and comprehensive curriculum for Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) professional program and data analytics program was carefully crafted by industry professionals. We offered these 2 programs for Government Degree College for Women, Begumpet, Hyderabad with a batch size of 120 students for a duration of 3 months. Students got trained on job-ready skills, tools and knowledge required by Big4 firms including soft skills, Interview skills and other interpersonal skills from a prospective employee. Every student was mentored one-on-one and offered placement opportunity Once more, with a remarkable honour, we could employee 44% of the batch in firms such as Deloitte, Wipro, HSBC Financial, Optum, Accenture, Genpact, TCS and MJ Jhawar. We intend to expand our commitment to develop and launch considerable number of initiatives like this and uplift the economically underprivileged students pursuing their education in public institutions in the future. In my personal view, if all well-resourced private educational institutions were to implement such initiatives, the combined efforts can empower considerable number of challenged families thereby nurturing a thriving nation

I had a great opportunity to attend and experience few TEDx talks in person. one of the TED story which inspired me is Talk by Sugata Mitra - The Hole in the Wall and Beyond. Sugata Mitra’s ‘Hole in the wall’ experiment with slum children's is an interesting study of self-paced learning. In the late 1990s, Mitra installed a computer in a school, leaving it accessible to children who has no prior exposure to computers. The results are astonishing, as the children driven by curiosity and natural tendency to learn, taught them to explore and learned how to use the computer and browse the internet. His findings indicates that groups of children can teach themselves; they can complete educational objectives by themselves given a computer and internet despite not having a teacher present. The experiment also challenges the top-down, teacher centric process and advocates more self-directed and peer-driven approach learning. Mitra’s Talk made me realise how important it is to create a self-organised learning environment to children wherein they are the in-charge of it. As I share Mitra's story, it reminds me of the power of curiosity and the untapped potential within every child. It's a testimony to the innate drive for learning that exists within us all. The work not only sparks hope but also prompts us to question our assumptions about education and the possibilities for positive change. It's this spirit of innovation and opportunity that motivates me to attend and perhaps one day contribute to the TED platform, where ideas like Mitra's can inspire and transform the world.
