Passionate about personal and professional development, I am a coach and trainer. I support individuals in realizing and developing their leadership and self-leadership skills that are essential for the success of their projects, team management, and professional fulfillment.

I have always been passionate about learning and believe I will never stop being a student. I am passionate about the subjects I have studied and am working with : education, pedagogy, personal and professional development and wellbeing. I also have a deep love for yoga, drawing and spending time in nature.

I discovered TED talks when I was a student in Hong Kong, 11 years ago. I attended TEDxHKUST and one of the talks : Failure is amazing by Emma Reynolds really changed my life by changing my perspective on failure. I started regularly listening to TED talks and attending TEDx events when possible. In 2022 I joined TEDxBordeaux to coach a speaker, which was a magical experience. After that experience, I decided to continue volunteering for TEDx Bordeaux. In the next edition I coached a few speakers and led the coaching team, holding meetings where we discussed our coaching experiences, challenges, and solutions together, inspired by our diverse backgrounds. Additionally, I was part of the curation team, helping to determine the theme, name, and manifesto, and contributing to the selection of subjects and speakers. I am very grateful for the opportunity I have to support speakers in articulating the messages they want to share with the world and then help them deliver it to the world in the best possible way for them.
