I am an Economics (Honours) graduate & done my Masters in Human Resource Management.I have been in this role of Corporate Trainings and Placements for more than 10 years, My core competencies include liaising with corporates, conducting Campus Placements, providing internships, helping students establish their startups, upskilling, and facilitating MoUs/CoEs. I have a strong network with leading corporates in the IT, engineering, banking, and consulting sectors, and I have successfully placed more than 2500 students across various disciplines and domains. At present I am into senior management position which enables me to understand the industry trends, HR Planning, Strategy & Business Development and the career aspirations and to nourish the young talent and positioning them into their desired profile.

I am passionate about learning new things, liaisoning with people, sports, and music, my dedication is towards working for youth and encouraging them to give back to society.

Quality by Design (QbD): this is my idea that worth spreading as designing quality into products from scratch rather than trying to test for quality after production. This approach can lead to more efficient processes, higher quality products, and ultimately better outcomes for businesses and consumers.

Born and raised in the vibrant city of Bhopal, my journey has been one shaped by a blend of average performance, a compassionate heart, and a penchant for creativity. From a young age, I gravitated towards innovative thinking, always approaching life with an open mind and a thirst for knowledge, driven by the desire to make a meaningful impact on society. Growing up in a household with working parents instilled in me and my sister a strong sense of accountability from the outset. This early understanding laid the foundation for a disciplined approach to life, setting the stage for a series of milestones that I would go on to achieve. At 18, I proudly registered as a voter, embracing my civic responsibility with eagerness. This sense of duty carried over into my academic pursuits, culminating in graduation from a prestigious college. By 22, I had secured a job, marking the beginning of my professional journey. Two years later, at the age of 24, I achieved a significant milestone by purchasing my first car—an accomplishment that symbolized both financial independence and personal growth. However, my ambitions didn't end there. With unwavering determination, I set my sights on another goal: homeownership before the age of 35. Driven by a deep-rooted desire to ensure a comfortable retirement for my parents, I meticulously planned my financial future, balancing present needs with long-term aspirations. At 27, I embraced the institution of marriage, recognizing it as a partnership built on love, respect, and shared goals. Becoming parents further solidified my commitment to shaping a better future, not just for my own family, but for society as a whole. It was a realization that life is precious and not uniform for all, fueling my resolve to steer clear of wrongdoing and contribute positively to the world around me. With each passing year, I've remained steadfast in my belief that every action should be imbued with purpose and driven by a vision for societal betterment—a philosophy inspired by the wisdom imparted by my visionary grandparents. Now, as I approach the next chapter of my life, I am filled with anticipation for the possibilities that lie ahead. From the joys of parenthood to the challenges of retirement planning, I embrace each new phase with optimism and gratitude for the blessings bestowed upon me by a higher power.
