Rabia Khan is an advocate for Inclusive education, with a passion for promoting diversity and inclusion for all. Her career in education began as a teaching assistant, where she quickly discovered her dedication to supporting students with diverse needs and through her commitment to professional growth, she advanced to her current role as Assistant SENCO. Throughout her career, Rabia has valued each role she has undertaken, recognizing the importance of every step on her journey. Rabia's academic background includes a Post Graduate degree in Inclusive and Special Education Needs and a Master of Education in Advanced Teaching. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education focusing on Organizational Leadership. As an Assistant SENCO, Rabia has dedicated herself to fostering an inclusive environment in schools, emphasizing the importance of mental health, well-being, and student support. She is also the author of "Being Different is Awesome," a children's book that celebrates self-acceptance and the unique qualities of individuals on the autism spectrum. Rabia's career progression exemplifies her belief in the power of hard work and perseverance. She is enthusiastic about curating TEDx events that inspire and empower others, driving meaningful conversations within the community. Through her leadership and dedication, Rabia aims to create platforms that celebrate diverse ideas and voices.
