My journey has never been about being the smartest in the room, but about learning faster, acting smarter, and leading with purpose. I’ve always remained humbled, knowing that my achievements are backed by the mentorship of exceptional leaders and the support of resilient teams I’ve had the honor to work with. I am Mohammad Anisur Rahman Rimel, a growth-driven individual who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and leadership. With 5 years of diverse experience across community leadership, entrepreneurship, event management, and creative services, I’ve grown into someone who doesn’t just solve problems; I anticipate them, navigate through them, and help others rise beyond them. I’ve earned 25+ certifications in project management, business analysis, leadership, business, human resources, and communication from institutes like IIBA-International Institute of Business Analysis, PMI-Project Management Institute, LinkedIn, NASBA-National Association of State Boards of Accountancy, Udemy, Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center and more. I was nominated for the “Inspirational Leadership Award” at the World School Summit, Dubai-2025 and awarded the "Best Presenter Award" at BYLC presents CareerX: Business Competition 2024, recognitions that I carry with deep appreciation and pride. Throughout my university life, I’ve led three of Khulna University’s most dynamic creative platforms, i.e., 35mm—the KU Movie Club, Noise Factory, and KUPS – the Photography Society. Leading these clubs taught me how to inspire teams, build brands from scratch, and execute vision into impactful results. These experiences also helped me develop a keen understanding of people, process, and purpose. I’ve always kept creativity close to me. I practice graphic design, web development, and social media marketing not just as hobbies, but as tools to stay relevant and sharp in a constantly evolving world. These side hustles keep my creativity alive, while my professional discipline lies in strategic execution, organizational leadership, and entrepreneurial thinking. Over the years, I’ve directed and managed 10+ major Business & University events, including TEDx Khulna University: Voices Uprise, BYLCx Career Talks 2022, KU RAG (2019–2023), Noise Fest 2020, Cafe Unplugged, and Film Fest 2019. These events gave me the platform to nourish my skills in planning, coordination, stakeholder engagement, branding and to flourish in real-time problem-solving. My core strength lies in critical thinking, adaptability, and merging business logic with creative expression. I’m not afraid of starting from scratch or facing new challenges. In fact, they fuel me. My long-term vision is to contribute meaningfully to the global innovation ecosystem, particularly in places like Silicon Valley, where bold ideas shape the future. Every chapter of my journey so far has been a checkpoint, and every checkpoint I cross means a milestone toward something bigger. I don’t just want to be part of the future, I want to help build it.
