I’ve spent over a decade in education, not just teaching—but listening, learning, and watching young people grow. Along the way, I realized something powerful: education isn’t just about knowledge, it’s about empowerment. When students see that their voice matters, that their actions create change, and that their passions have value—they begin to lead. My story is rooted in helping students find that spark. From launching student-led initiatives to promoting sustainability and volunteering, I’ve seen the transformation that happens when we give learners real purpose. As an educator, leader, and lifelong learner myself, I’ve come to believe that the classroom is a launchpad—not a destination. Through TEDx, I want to share how shifting our approach to education can create not just successful individuals, but compassionate leaders—and how each of us can help light that path.
