Bio
I am a professor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and 2024-2025 visiting professor at Yale Law School. I specialize in all things law and tech. I teach privacy, intellectual property and tort law (which is much more about tech than one might think). I advise and consult governments and private companies and work closely with startups, including Reimagine LABS (AI for social and public sector programs) and Blue J (AI for legal research and analysis). I practiced at full-service firms in New York and Toronto and continue to represent interesting clients when I can.
