The TED story
At 18 years old I have moved from Romania to the UK to undertake an undergraduate degree in Business at the University of Dundee. Studying abroad and meeting people from so many different cultures has changed and broaden my understanding of people and the world. I have learned countless lessons by working part-time and supporting myself. One month after finishing my degree I have started my first graduate position and now I have the opportunity and pleasure of working with professionals from the public and private sector and students at the same time. On 3rd May 2015 I have married the love of my life and my best friend and I feel so fulfilled and happy. In the upcoming years I would like to be able to give back to the community that gave me so many opportunities and adopted and formed me as an adult.
Things you might not know
Most people don't know that I am good and enjoy cooking! :) I am planning to write a cooking book inspired by my mother and grandmother and my Balkan roots.
