I love seeing people being their true self; comfortable in their skin and open to ideas that are similar or differ from theirs.

Accepting that we know NOTHING about what goes on inside each other's minds, nor traumas or experiences. We don't know what happened this morning or yesterday or what trigger reignited an experience from their past. Instead of casting judgement (what were they thinking!?) We offer empathy (what happened in their life to create that reaction?). We don't have to "understand" everything, but it is our choice collectively to live in harmony.
