I'm an avid communicator and love multi-tasking. With a knack for turning challenges into opportunities, I've honed my skills through a variety of experiences. My journey began with a remarkable showcase of diplomatic skills at the International Model United Nations (IMUN) Conference. This experience not only refined my oratory prowess but also ignited my interest in the art of persuasion and negotiation. As a seasoned event organizer, I've played integral roles in numerous college organizing committees. The ability to work under pressure became second nature to me, managing multiple clubs simultaneously while ensuring each event ran seamlessly. My commitment to excellence extends to my current pursuit of a minor degree in MBA, where I am mastering the intricacies of effective management. Leadership has been ingrained in me from high school to my current role as one of the leaders in the Google Developer Student Clubs (GDSC) and active volunteering at the NGO U&I. The diverse responsibilities have sharpened my organizational skills and instilled in me the importance of a well-thought-out plan. My exuberant nature , love for networking, finding joy in connecting with people, and building bridges between ideas and individuals make me a natural collaborator. I live by the philosophy of embracing challenges with open arms, armed with a meticulously crafted plan. Whether it's steering a club through turbulent times or tackling complex issues during a debate, I'm always prepared, organized, and ready to dive headfirst into any venture.

I'm passionate about supporting a meaningful social cause i.e. not just complaining about the change that I want in our society but actually working for it. The cardinal change that any student would want is in the education system. Here I work for an NGO called U&I that strives to provide free education to under-served students in different areas of the city, in different states of India. I have been closely involved with U&I’s Teach program, dedicated to transforming lives through education and mentorship. Our impactful work includes personalized tutoring, building libraries, counseling, and career readiness for children from under-served communities across 40 cities. It's not just about academics; it's a comprehensive approach to learning. And I realised that there's always a takeaway from anything I do and so it happened from this part too. I learned several things from teaching kids. I learned discipline, focus, thinking simple and finding happiness with what I have.

WORK- Wellness, Orient, Replenish, Kindness. Work in today's bustling life is something that we can't avoid. But what is being overseen is that the way it has to perceived. We must enjoy our work keeping in mind the four keys as mentioned that physical and mental wellness comes first. Prioritizing yourself over your work is the 'smartest' move. Try to orient yourself to the challenges that you face along. We don't know what the very next moment from now have for us. So, being prepared and adapting to the situations will benefit us at any time. Try having breaks once in a while. Flodding your brain wont give better results. Learn how to and when to take breaks. Replenish yourself. Kindness to oneself and others is always nice. Genuine kindness is not just a nicety but a powerful force that can transform the dynamics of any professional setting.

The most recent TEDx conference I attended focused on the theme of "Ctrl+Alt+Del". I participated in the event and gained meaningful insights. This experience provided me with a better understanding of rebooting or resetting various aspects of life, technology, and society, which not only fulfilled me personally but also sparked my enthusiasm to organize future TEDx events with innovative themes.

People don't know I'm good at 'Research and Analysis'. I had done quite a good work regarding the art of Espionage, Counter Terrorism and sundry other spy agencies that are operating from different corners of the world.
