Bio
Nina has built a career at the intersection of cultural impact, storytelling, strategy, and business, with chapters spanning theater production, management consulting, and publishing leadership. After two decades in senior executive roles at Penguin Random House, she co-founded Authors Equity in 2024, a new kind of publishing company built on collaboration, aligned incentives, and a deep commitment to putting authors first.
She holds an M.P.A. from Harvard Kennedy School and an M.A. in Philosophy, Art History, and History of Sciences from Humboldt University in Berlin.
