As a consultant for health & safety in the workplace, 25 years ago I started my own business and have been relentlessly committed to ensure codes and conducts would stop failing because they were either misunderstood, misinterpreted or underestimated. When employers and employees appreciate the importance of prevention and control strategies through clear and helpful guidance, workplaces become safe and healthy. I am particularly passionate about taking care of people, making sure their wellbeing and quality of life is constantly improved, especially in their workplace.

I love contemporary art and design

Metamorphosis, understood as transformation and the ability to go beyond. A theme that has always fascinated many writers, poets and biologists. If we think about it, even every event of existence, not only human, is based on this process of change, evolution and revolution.

I have been following TEX for many years and participating in TEDx events in person has given me a lot of stimulation, both professional and human
