Cristina was born and lives in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. Cristina Madrid Martí is a entrepreneur dedicated to driving digital transformation. With over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Cristina boasts a remarkable career path. She has held various positions, including leading a team of 23 people in the production area. This experience provided her with in-depth knowledge of the industry and the needs of its workforce. Her passion for digital transformation and its positive impact on people led her to found HumanDigital Consulting. This company specializes in helping organizations implement people-centric digital transformation projects. Since 2021, Cristina has been involved in TEDxEixample in various roles. Her passion for sharing ideas and inspiring others led her to pursue this opportunity, and in December 2023, she obtained her first TEDxEixample license. Not only is Cristina an expert consultant, but also a passionate educator. She delivers courses and workshops on leadership and digital skills, in Universities and Business Schools in Barcelona and Tarragona. Her commitment to innovation and professional development has made her an active member of various associations, such as SomDones, EJE&CON, and Forum Dona Activa. Through these platforms, she shares her experience and knowledge with other female leaders, driving positive change in society. Notably, her involvement with EJE&CON extends to mentoring projects, where she empowers others through guidance and support. Cristina's dedication goes beyond these associations. Within the Lean In network Barcelona, she leads two circles: a book club and a networking group. These initiatives foster knowledge sharing and professional connections among women. Furthermore, Cristina actively participates in the Barcelona Food Bank, contributing to process improvement and food collection campaigns.

I enjoy reading about professional topics, and I see myself as someone who is always eager to learn and grow. I’ve initiated a book club to further expand my knowledge and also to share it with others.

In June 2021, I joined TEDxEixample, fulfilling a lifelong dream of participating in the TED community. I started by supporting the team with organizing meetings.Soon after, I was given the opportunity to take charge of the "Circles" events. These events were designed to foster small-group discussions on a variety of topics about TED talks. In November 2021, I became to co-organizer of TEDxEixample. In this role, I was responsible for collaborate to coordinate the major event that took place on March 12, 2022. The event was a huge success, and I was proud to be a part of it. Also I participated in the organization of TEDxEixample Salon events. TEDxEixample(Mar. 2022) TEDxEixampleSalon(Jun. 2023, Mar. 2023, Nov. 2022, Oct. 2022, Sep. 2022, Jun. 2022, May. 2022, Apr. 2022, Feb. 2022) In 2023, the TEDxEixample licensee relocated, and I saw an opportunity to make an even greater impact. I applied for the license myself, and I was honored to be granted it in December 2023. As the new licensee, I am currently preparing my first major event with the team.

I bake the best chocolate bundt cakes and my hobbies is to bake desserts.
