Being mentally healthy isn't just a state of mind that comes and goes, but rather a feeling that one is alright with oneself at all times. in this busy world whichever field a person may be trying to excel at be it sports, carpentry, music it is essential they take time off to reflect upon themselves. Despite it sounding really easy, it really is a daunting task, did I really do the best i could with the resources provided? Did I perform upto the best of my capabilities?
