Bio
I believe that every person carries a story capable of changing the way someone else sees the world. My journey has taken me through education, translation, banking, quality management, and community leadership, but the common thread has always been people and meaningful conversations.
Professionally, I work in quality assurance, policies, and process development within the banking sector, helping build systems that are clear, sustainable, and people-centered. Beyond my career, I have spent years teaching English, leading translation projects, and volunteering in initiatives that empower young people.
As the Speakers Lead for TEDx, I have had the privilege of mentoring speakers as they transform personal experiences into ideas worth sharing. Watching individuals discover their voice has reinforced my belief that impactful ideas don’t begin on a stage—they begin with honesty, curiosity, and the courage to be vulnerable.
I am passionate about creating spaces where people feel heard, inspired, and empowered to grow.
I'm passionate about
I’m passionate about empowering people to discover and confidently express their ideas.
Whether through mentoring speakers, teaching, translating knowledge across languages, or improving organizational systems, I enjoy turning complexity into clarity. I believe communication is one of the most powerful tools for creating opportunity and connection.
I’m also passionate about lifelong learning, leadership development, storytelling, quality improvement, and building communities where people can grow together.
An idea worth spreading
The most powerful ideas don’t come from having all the answers—they come from asking better questions.
Real growth begins when we stop trying to appear perfect and start becoming genuinely curious about ourselves, our experiences, and the people around us. Every challenge, failure, and conversation has the potential to reshape our perspective if we’re willing to listen.
I believe that stories are bridges. They connect different backgrounds, challenge assumptions, and remind us that our differences often reveal our shared humanity. When we embrace authenticity instead of perfection, we create room for innovation, empathy, and meaningful change.

The TED story
TED has always represented more than a stage to me—it represents possibility.
My journey with TEDx began with a desire to contribute behind the scenes and eventually grew into leading the speakers team. Throughout the experience, I worked closely with speakers, consultants, and volunteers to help shape talks that were authentic, meaningful, and impactful.
What inspired me most wasn’t only the talks themselves, but the transformation that happened before anyone stepped onto the stage. I watched people overcome fear, refine their ideas, and discover confidence they didn’t know they had.
That experience reminded me that every great talk starts long before the spotlight. It begins with listening, learning, challenging assumptions, and believing that one honest story can inspire thousands.
Being part of TEDx has strengthened my commitment to helping ideas find their voice.
Things you might not know
People are often surprised to learn that I’m skilled at bringing structure to complexity.
I enjoy designing systems, improving processes, organizing ideas, and helping others communicate with clarity. I naturally notice details, connect patterns, and find practical solutions that make work more effective.
I’m also comfortable working behind the scenes—coaching speakers, refining presentations, editing content, and supporting teams to perform at their best. While these contributions aren’t always visible, they’re where I feel I create the greatest impact.
