I am Swati Kumari, currently pursuing my PGDM at IMT Hyderabad. I have a background in Finance and a passion for Data Analysis. I was a brand curation and communication member of TEDxIMTHyderabad and helped in organizing the event. I am also part of Finance Club of IMT Hyderabad and has an inclination towards event Management as well.

I am passionate about social service, photography and data analysis. I love to volunteer for social welfare drives as i believe through such baby steps I can contribute my bit to the society. Also, my interest towards data analysis developed through the PGDM curriculum and hence I enjoy using multiple data visualisation tools such as power BI, tableau.

I think an idea about "The beauty of being different" can be an idea worth spreading. It is a powerful philosophy that promotes variety, acceptance, and inclusiveness. Embracing diversity promotes inclusion, tolerance, and personal development while also generating creativity, invention, and empathy. It builds communities, combats prejudice, and fosters social development by fostering discussion of critical subjects. This concept promotes a more inclusive, compassionate, and inventive society in which people are respected for who they are, therefore contributing to a better world for all.

Hailing from a small city with a modest middle-class background, I initially found it challenging to dare to dream on a grand scale. However, the support and guidance of my mentors, who have been with me every step of my academic journey, have been instrumental in helping me shed my apprehensions. Gradually, they instilled in me the belief that my aspirations were attainable. Today, I stand confidently on the precipice of realizing my dreams as a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) student, meticulously building the cornerstones of my career as a passionate finance and analytics enthusiast. This journey has transformed my doubts into determination and my hesitations into unwavering commitment.
