"I am Josue Torrez Urtecho, currently in my Senior year at Keiser University Latin American Campus. Throughout my academic journey, I have distinguished myself as a visionary leader, committed not only to achieving the best results but also to inspiring others to bring out their best. In the course of my university experience, I have been involved in various clubs and competitions. One of them includes serving as the Vice President of the Business Club during the 2023 term. In this role, I was responsible for logistics, program development, strategies, and networking between companies and the university. During this challenge, my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills were significantly developed and tested. I am a passionate individual dedicated to giving my best, forming effective teams, and guiding people to discover Jesus."

I am an individual passionate about stepping out of my comfort zone and living a life that stands apart from the norm. Simultaneously, I am fervent about empowering people to believe in themselves. I have a keen interest in leadership, team building, and international relations, aiming to guide individuals towards a purposeful life. Furthermore, my passion extends to the leadership exemplified by the individual who transformed this planet, Jesus.

I believe that we live in a world that operates on autopilot and is highly repetitive. As a society, we've experienced times where everyone tries to follow a trend, pursue a career just for the sake of it, or live life just for the sake of living. However, very few are willing to change the world. World Changers is a conference designed for those who don't want to adhere to the automatic nature of this world but are willing to step out of their comfort zone. Through their strengths and passions, they aim to make a positive impact on the world.

TEDxTalks has been a program that has profoundly blessed my life, as it has helped me break free from numerous paradigms and mental structures, contributing significantly to my personal and future professional growth as a student. It has been instrumental in pushing me beyond my comfort zone and instilling a belief in myself. On November 29, 2023, I had the privilege of attending a TEDxTalks event organized by Keiser University. This experience was transformative, not only due to the insightful talks delivered but also because of the exceptional organizational efforts led by Genesis Canales, the event coordinator. This encounter has undeniably revolutionized my life.

One of my greatest talents lies in my profound love for communication, debates, social media, and public speaking. I have always felt a passionate connection to these areas, as evidenced by my continuous interest in sharing meaningful ideas. While I have pursued studies in communication, I have not fully leveraged this gift thus far. I am convinced that now is the opportune moment to capitalize on and fully develop this skill.
