Nicole Caddow

I began in the non-profit sector working with people experiencing homelessness in a day shelter and for the past 6 years I’ve been in grants management for a private foundation. I have a grantee-centered approach to my work and am consistently in awe of the good people doing big, impactful work that I have the privilege of helping support. I live in the mountains and when I’m not at the pottery wheel I love going on hikes, walking along the river and chasing waterfalls.
