AJ is an organizational catalyst and an "executive whisperer." Her approach focuses on creating meaningful partnerships between organizations, building strong cultures, crafting strategies, and developing diverse impactful leaders—all with the objective of accelerating growth and increasing revenue. As a results-driven advisor, AJ leverages decades of experience working with iconic wealth management companies and her agile approach to removing obstacles standing in the way of growth and innovation. In addition to her client and corporate engagements, AJ is the National Executive of Key Private Client, a new wealth management experience she designed in 2021. The client experience model is the #1 growth and productivity strategy in the 150-year history of the bank. AJ enjoys speaking, facilitating, and consulting with women executives and entrepreneurs. She believes women must lead from the front by advocating for exceptional diverse talent, creating collaborative teams, and fostering innovation and creativity in competitive, male-dominated industries. AJ holds a MA in organizational behavior and leadership from Seattle University and a BA in organizational communication from Purdue University.
