I am a CEO and co-founder of two companies, a leadership coach, and a healthcare consultant with over thirty years of experience in the healthcare industry. As a certified Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner, a COR.E Dynamics | Performance and Leadership Dynamics™ Specialist, , I help leaders at all levels achieve balance, purpose, and success in their personal and professional lives. My passion is to empower leaders to unlock their full potential and lead from a space of authenticity and executive presence. I co-founded the Leadership Mastery Network, a platform that explores values-based transformation and helps leaders identify and align their core values, passions, and purpose with their vision and goals. I also offer coaching, mentoring and consulting services to leaders and organizations in the healthcare sector, specializing in case management, care coordination, business acumen, performance improvement and transformation. My approach is grounded in innovative problem-solving and strategic thinking, enabling clients to overcome challenges and seize opportunities.
