I am deeply passionate about the future of business succession in Germany. Our Mittelstand is the backbone of our economy—an engine of innovation, resilience, and opportunity. Yet, we are facing a critical challenge: the transition of leadership in thousands of companies. To address this, I co-authored a book with my father and two advisors, laying the foundation for an initiative aimed at inspiring and empowering the next generation of leaders. We need visionaries who are ready to step up. We must harness the power of AI to transform and preserve the invaluable knowledge of our Mittelstand.
