Owner and enthusiastic entrepreneur of an events planning business. I like bringing into my business my values: sustainability, social and environmental, inclusivity and creativity. I consider myself a kind and funny person and I love carrying my business with same spirit I face every other aspect of my life.

I am passionate about everything that could change ourselves and the society for the better. I am in fact a volunteer in an NGO called "Intercultura" in Italy which is involved in "AFS" - international non profit organization that tries to brings down cultural prejudices and barrier by making young high school students travel in new countries and cultures. We provide them the opportunity to discover a new culture in a host family, studying in the same school local students study and enjoying the same life they live. I had this experience myself when I was 17, in the USA, and I would have not be the same person without that experience.

I would love to produce a podcast called "captatio benevolentiae" which means "being nice with others for our own business" in latin. The podcast would be a story telling of each time in history when politicians and rulers acted nice with someone in order to achieve something for themselves or their country, party, etc. I think it would be fun and interesting to discover how many time in history "captatio benevolentiae" has been used to make deals, avoid conflicts or just to be in favor of someone else.

I decided to join this conference because I've always been passionate about this kind of events, until I saw one in person and I realized I wanted to organize one in my city. By that time I had already chosen I wanted to open an event planning business and since I've started, my first goal has been to achieve this big dream.

I am good in making gifts to other people because I like studying them, paying attention at details and even the little things they say. Also I think we can always learn something new from other so I like to socialize with each person I find in my path.
