Michael is the Chief Design Officer at Haworth and currently responsible for Global Innovation, Design and Sustainability. Haworth is a global market leader in the design and manufacture of premium lifestyle and workspace furniture brands (Haworth, Cassina, Capellini, Poltrona Frau, Janus et Cie, Interni, Ralph Lauren Home, Fendi Casa) Michael is also the Chairman of the board of ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena. ArtCenter is a world-renowned art and design institution with a storied past for producing some of the world’s iconic artists and designers. He also serves as a partner for the restaurant group, Wood Ranch USA in Los Angeles. Wood Ranch is a California-style grill with 21 stores in Southern California. Michael has been a TEDizen for the last 20 years.
