Jon Walton is a Senior Consultant at Reos Partners, an international social impact organization that helps people move forward together on their most important and intractable issues. Reos designs, facilitates, and guides processes that enable teams of stakeholders—even those who don’t understand or agree with or trust one another—to progress on their toughest challenges. It partners with governments, corporations, and civil society organizations on challenges such as education, health, food, energy, environment, development, justice, security, and peace. Jon leads the Radical Climate Collaboration initiative at Reos which assists climate practitioners to work together across differences and produce results with the requisite speed, scale, and justice. He also designs and supports large-scale, multi-stakeholder transformation efforts globally. For over 20 years, Jon has worked on global change initiatives and enterprise solutions focused on how people, processes, and technology interact within systems. He brings a passion for the inclusion of diverse and even contradictory voices when looking to change systems.
