Mia Alexander is the Vice President of Member Success at Dave. Mia has extensive experience in the financial services industry, spending the last 20 years dedicated to transforming banking experiences for the unrepresented communities via Customer Care, Service and Success.
Alexander oversees the entire customer lifecycle and represents decisions spanning AI, marketing, product, fraud and engineering. She has also overseen a staff of 2,000+ globally supporting core retail products and partnerships with third parties. Alexander has been a part of 2 successful IPOs and has received countless awards for operational excellence.
