I am Abzalov Biloliddin and currently student at Tashkent State University of Economics as well as Applied Sciences University of Krems in Austria which has been famous for its recognition and notable business enterprises. I love cats and dogs much than other animals and best swimmer of Tashkent Tennis Court Swimming Complex. Back in 2017-2018, I was a head community of Youth Union headquarter of my school number 70 and got offer from Youth Union Affairs for the position of Head Lead member of more than 30 schools in Tashkent city for Yunus-Obod district. Following on the upcoming year after voluntary activities in Youth Union, I had been accepted to more than 66 universities between periods of 2021-2022 with gaining the much financial and academic power at my school for its total valuation scholarship, $4.000.000 including other international programs too. Additionally, I was ranked 2nd position in Republic of Uzbekistan for its excellence and academic facilitated students lists. Above mentioned perspectives in Youth Agency, I commenced voluntary activities under the name of QanoatQollar, Yoshlar and other so on. The projects which we experimented during our practical lessons with Doctor Shamsiddin about Qualitative and Quantitative Data has successfully also passed and we named it "Synthesized Economics" with classifying 4 categories to education, business, probability calculation, and health assurance too. After being accepted with merit based to Tashkent State University of Economics, I literally satisfied with the knowledge and power which local students acquired themselves then we made possible for them to meet and organise extracurricular activities and session over different programs in TSUE Global Youth Association and as the CEO and head of correlated programs of this community, my team members were active in commencing debate sessions such as Lincoln-Douglas Debate and regulars included, Podcasts as well as Academic Interview with Professors to find resilient solutions for the state issues of students' studies. Despite all the relevant categories in academic voluntary movement we took ahead, we made other possible motion to run interviews and academic opportunities in Eduon and Mfaktor business and education enterprises platform. Referring to the responsibilities I hold as head of community, we with our team leaders accumulated all possible solutions to create academic atmosphere for students to study and different video lessons including live interviews for those who are possessed much about applying to universities and winning a decent scholarship amount. Throughout the year of 2023-2024, we are planning ahead to create scholarships for the students who will obtain the excellent result from a variety of tests as well as interview with notable score and we will call it LeadGlobe Stipend. During the period of applying to the universities and training over my academic and non-academic perspectives, the essence of programming language was found to be indulgence and significant to be accepted with highly recognition and chance then created the club "JAVA CLUB" for the tech students. Now, I am managing and controlling based on the principle of marketing IELTS Academy which has become my second home where I grow myself learning deeply the academic factors and cultural too with my team members as well as eat together with them to collocate our discussion in different fields of research gate. There are other perspectives which I love sharing here but time requires to make it happen rather than blowing up them. Thank you friends!

Firstly, learning the process how it works and seeing the possibilities of objectives and making it in progress then upward progression. As I know from my long term experience of upward and downward trends, they can be seen as magnet for people to move and learn from the past lessons which they made whether it's constructive or destructive. Always giving people space and giving till the end the chance to reframe their insights and decision towards good objectives then life will have become more than professional and convenient than using a heavy product which is known to be negative thought or idea.
