Bio
I am currently serving as the Superintendent of the Brown County Schools in Nashville, Indiana. Prior to serving in Brown County, I was the Director of Curriculum and Instruction for the Wabash City Schools, Elementary Principal for the Madison Grant Unified School Corporation in Fairmount, Indiana and K-5 Assistant Principal for the Bremen Public Schools. I taught second and fourth grade at Hamilton Southeastern Schools in central Indiana.
I have earned an Ed.S. degree from Indiana State University and am a current PhD student of Education Leadership at Indiana State University. I am a Certified Trainer for the Process Communication Model and an IPLI (Indiana Principal Leadership Institute) Leadership Development Specialist for Cohort #9, #10, and #11.
I have three children, Kaitlan, 21 years of age, Emma Jane, 18 years of age, and TJ, 14 years of age. I thoroughly enjoy a challenge and that has led to mastering macaron baking, dabbling in a bit of painting, and recently picking up a new hobby of running!
