About Ali
Bio
At Interface, I work closely across regions and functions to lead our global communications strategy to deliver timely, compelling, and engaging information within the organization. Prior to joining Interface, I had the opportunity to provide communications counsel to a variety of clients through my comprehensive understanding of their goals, values, and business strategies. My experience centers on corporate and B2B, serving clients in highly regulated industries – most notably the U.S. Army, for which I handled multiple partnerships related to its education initiatives and multicultural outreach programs. In this role, I briefed top military leaders, public affairs staff, and local community leaders on the art of being an advocate for the U.S. Army and affecting positive change as part of the overall military recruiting mission. I also have experience in the financial services, litigation, health care, technology, accounting, and real estate sectors. As a native Spanish speaker, I apply a multicultural lens to every situation to help organizations engage and reach a diverse audience. Through my bilingual pitching strategies, I have secured positive media coverage for clients in top-tier English and Spanish-language news outlets across the United States. At Interface, I play an important role in helping to elevate our DEI and employee experience efforts. I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from the University of Georgia with a concentration in public relations and a minor in Spanish.
