An idea worth spreading
Our daily thoughts, emotions, and behaviours are all influenced by our mental health, which is crucial to our overall wellbeing. Anyone can have mental health problems at any moment, and they can significantly affect a person's relationships, capacity to function at work or in school, and quality of life.
Despite the fact that mental health problems are common, there is still a lot of stigma attached to it, which can keep people from getting the care they require. This stigma can engender emotions of guilt, loneliness, and dread, which makes it harder for people to ask for help.
We can remove these obstacles and urge people to prioritise their mental health and seek help when necessary by raising awareness of mental health.
In order to promote mental health, a culture of wellbeing and self-care must be established. This entails promoting positive social interactions and helpful relationships in addition to healthy behaviours like exercise, mindfulness, and healthy food. Making wellness and self-care a priority can help people become more resilient and better handle the difficulties of everyday life.
Finally, improving mental health necessitates addressing the systemic causes of mental health problems. As part of this, efforts should be made to alleviate social inequities, expand access to high-quality healthcare, and lessen stigma and discrimination.
In conclusion, raising awareness of mental health is a vital concept that ought to be shared. We can build a more sympathetic and sympathetic society that values the well-being of all of its members by giving mental health a higher priority and encouraging self-care, wellness, and access to services and assistance.

The TED story
The Power of Positive Thinking."
Throughout the talk, I would like to explore the idea that our mindset and attitude have a profound effect on our lives, shaping our experiences and shaping our reality.

From there, I would delve into the science behind the power of positive thinking, citing research and studies that demonstrate the impact our thoughts have on our emotions, behavior, and even physical health. I would also explore some of the common negative thinking patterns that hold people back, such as self-doubt, limiting beliefs, and a fear of failure.

In conclusion, I would leave the audience with a powerful message about the transformative impact of positive thinking, and how each and every one of us has the capacity to shape our own reality through our thoughts and beliefs.
Things you might not know
Most people are unable to tell from a girl's face if she is skilled in sports like javelin throwing and knows karate. Yes, I experience the same thing because I am quite skilled in karate, which I trained for self-defense. I started playing javelin throw and started competing in different Javelin Throw events since I have a strong interest in sports. I've occasionally taken up karate only to escape my regular routine and relieve tension.
