Emma is the Head of Communications Insight and Evaluation at Companies House in Cardiff where the communication team leads on a mixture of communication activities - social media, web, events, external training, public relations and internal comms. Prior to working at Companies House, Emma was Head of Business Outreach at the Intellectual Property Office, and Campaigns Manager for the Equality and Human Rights Commission in Wales. She started her career working in television and radio production for the BBC, Channel 4 and Sky. Emma is particularly interested in sharing ideas and best practice, partnership working, talent management and staff engagement.
