Karen Vargas is a Regional Communications Specialist at Glasswing International, where she works on the storytelling and visibility strategy for mental health program across Latin America. She is also a curator and part of the organizing team for TEDx Quetzaltenango in Guatemala.

I'm passionate about creating spaces—online and offline—where young people seen, heard, and empowered through stories, art, and meaningful dialogue.
