Bio

Sophia is currently the group manager for Procter & Gamble North America Crest Brand Finance and North America Oral Care Product Supply Finance. Over the last 10 years, Sophia has enjoyed a variety of interesting experience (customer team, policy, supply chain network transformation) at various locations at P&G. Her satisfaction from work not only comes from the various challenging business experience but also the work she is doing in building organization and people. She is an avid student in organization and people development and is currently a co-leader in development plank of P&G Asian Finance network, the Culture pillar leader of the Job Satisfaction Board for P&G US Business Unit Finance group and Lean in circle moderator. Sophia is a Chinese Malaysian American immigrated from a small town in Malaysia to the United States 25 years ago. She is married to Sam, who is a Laotian Thai Chinese American, a refugee immigrant from the Vietnam War era. Sam is a stay-at-home husband and they have 2 children: a 13-yr old girl and a 10-yr old boy. At the age of 23, Sophia, with the help of Sam, opened a Chinese restaurant and ran the restaurant for close to six years. Sophia then went back to school and got an MBA to make a career change. Sophia loved the entrepreneurial experience and was ready to take on new challenges in the corporate world. One of Sophia's life purposes is to help others realize their potentials, one at a time.
