Bio

I am a unique individual with a weird sense of humour to say the least. I am a really friendly person who indulges in writing poems/shayaris ocassionaly, my mind is constantly filled with random thoughts that gets everyone around me thinking. I love to play basketball and don't hold back on the court. I'm also die hard fan of The Weeknd and I won't stop talking about him once I get started.

An idea worth spreading

Humor is something I've always been fascinated with. I've found it to be an amazing way of communication and try to inculcate humor wherever I can to brighten up the moods of those around. But there are times when people take it a bit too far and end up hurting other people, this is something that does bother me because jokes, comedy etc have helped me deal with a lot of the lows in my life and have often kept me motivated to keep going as well and it hurts when people take such a beautiful thing and take it too far, which leaves a bad impression of not only persons but jokes as a whole. Even the so called "dark humor" which a lot of people find to be offensive or inappropriate has a certain beauty to it. Timing is one of the most important part about jokes, even a relatively unfunny joke can become absolutely hilarious if timed and executed well. Even after a long day of work and stress, letting out a couple of laughs can rejuvenate a person entirely. I feel like often times, people take humor for granted and use it in ways to hurt someone just so they can entertain another group of people or to get attention, this in my opinion is ones of the worst things a person can do. You don't play with someone's emotions just so you can get the spotlight momentarily, this leaves mental scars on people which can lead to insecurity and other forms of trauma. Writing/ telling jokes is something I consider to be an art form in itself and seeing it get ruined doesn't feel right. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that telling jokes is a bad thing, I'm trying to point out the fact that you have to be careful of taking it too far and that you do run the risk of hurting someone with your jokes. With the right people and the right mood, any sort of joke can be the thing that makes your day, it just matters whether or not you're doing it for the sake of others or getting attention drawn to yourself.
