Bio
Tyree Boyd-Pates is a dynamic museum curator, historian, writer, and international speaker who discusses Black culture from a millennial vantage point. He mobilizes communities of color through journalism, social media, education, and history.
Tyree's groundbreaking history work has inspired thousands to engage with history anew. In addition, his work has been featured in TIME magazine, The New York Times, Vogue, NPR, The Atlantic, The Hollywood Reporter, Fast Company, The Los Angeles Times, and other outlets for its impact.
He’s also the principal for NOMMO Cultural Strategies & founder of Freedom School Online.
