Bio
I live in Brooklyn, NY. Like many immigrants, I’m a full throated booster of the city. Look for me in my New York or Nowhere sweatshirt. I was born in Australia to Croatian parents. I’m the first in my family to go to college and as a child, I was an English Language Learner. Since moving to the US, I’ve worked with women in prison and their children, young people in after school programs, parents and educators building great schools and now, with the crew at Khan Academy.
