Mateusz (Mati) M. Szeszkowski is the Founder of Norland Capital, a technology investment firm. Previously, Mati co-founded Vy Capital and was a Director and head of KKR’s technology private equity group out of London from 2007 to 2013. Mati was also an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs (2004-7) and a Principal at Orange Ventures (2000-4), a venture capital fund affiliated with Orange / France Telecom. Mati was also an Associate at The Boston Consulting Group. Mati is a Canadian and Polish national and holds a B.A. in Economics (Honours) from the University of British Columbia and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School. Mati is married, has 3 kids, and resides in Woodside, CA.
