Martina leads the Product Design and Management practice at Pivotal Labs, London. She helps start-ups and enterprises establish more user-centred, lean and agile product innovation skills. She facilitates the cultural and organisational change required to collaborate and take risks more effectively to build better products. In her practice she focuses on bringing together a balanced team with a shared empathy for users, business, technology and design. Martina writes for Elsevier, mentors start-ups, hosts a range of UX community events and teaches user-centered design at the University of London.
