Bio

Nicole Starr is an entertainment executive and impact leader focused on the power of storytelling to shift culture and drive impact. She is co-founder and principal of Fourth Act, where she builds narrative strategies and audience-driven campaigns at the intersection of entertainment and social change. Her recent work includes Wicked: For Good, The Voice of Hind Rajab, Kiss of the Spider Woman, and several narrative change initiatives for Imagine Entertainment. Previously, as SVP of Content Representation & Impact at Participant Media, she developed the company’s strategic framework for embedding impact across the content lifecycle and led campaigns for films such as Out of My Mind, Judas and the Black Messiah, American Utopia, An Inconvenient Sequel, RBG, and Academy Award® winner Roma – accelerating real-world change, including policy shifts for domestic workers' rights in the U.S. and Mexico. Presently Nicole serves on the Advisory Board of Giant Leap Media Ventures, a film investment fund committed to championing bold, diverse voices and delivering stories that resonate with audiences worldwide.
