Bonita has designed a game that helps people prioritize what really matters to them so they can focus their efforts and reduce stress. Her research from her New York Times best-selling book, Admired, is instrumental in her coaching practice. She has been a leader in organizational development, performance-based compensation systems, employee opinion surveys and human resources systems design at Bank of America, Levi Strauss, Genentech, Pacific Telesis, Catellus and Varian. Bonita was project manager for the team which created the first intra-net for a Fortune 500 company back in the 90s! Bonita "world-schooled" her daughter traveling to over 40 countries and creating curriculum that complied with state standards, but focused on the practical application of knowledge. She is co-creator of StorybookMath.org, a method of teaching math through stories.
