Bio

Molade Adeniyi is CEO of WAVE, an organisation focused on levelling the playing field for young people to access the skills and the opportunity to become what they imagine where she is responsible for setting business goals, strategy and direction to generate opportunities that deliver continuous impact, sustainable revenue and growth value to the organisation. Molade’s experience includes Business Development, operational and strategic management of special projects in line with the organisation’s strategy for growth, Learning and Development, Marketing & Communications as well as People Management. Molade Adeniyi is a Registered Pharmacist with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria and the General Pharmaceutical Council UK. She has completed the Senior Management Program at Lagos Business School and holds a post graduate Diploma in Pharmacy Practice with specialisation in Strategic Management & Marketing from Kings College, University of London, UK. Molade is a 2021 Perennial Leadership Fellow as well as a 2021 West Africa Acumen Fellow. Molade has a passion for the youth and women in particular and as such is an associate member of the Women in Management, Business and Public Sector (WIMBIZ) and a mentor on the WIMBIZ’s Winning Without Compromise (WIWIC) programme with focus on university undergraduates. Molade is also a part of the WIMBIZ Big Sister Programme where she coaches and mentors teenagers. She has served on the Executive Council of Serving With Love Foundation since December 2015 and has worked with the entire executive council team and the board of directors to achieve the mission for SWL. SWL is an NGO which supports indigent women and children through empowerment, feeding and educational programs. Molade is in charge of the teenage ministry at The Elevation Church where she continues to mentor, coach and guide teenagers with the necessary life skills to become the best that they can.
