I am a result-driven professional and PhD researcher in Neurological Signal Processing (EEG/Healthcare Applications), currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of ECE at ITM Gwalior. Alongside my academic role, I work as the TED Licensee and Lead Organizer for ITM Gwalior, and as Coordinator of the Alumni Relations Cell, managing an engaged community of over 5,000 alumni. My professional journey bridges research, leadership, and community engagement. I specialize in project planning, stakeholder collaboration, industry–academia partnerships, and team development, driven by a people-centric and servant leadership approach. I’ve successfully led initiatives that connect education with innovation, foster mentorship, and promote institutional growth.

I am passionate about transforming ideas into real-world impact — whether through neuroscience research, alumni collaboration, or youth empowerment. I believe that effective leadership begins with empathy, and meaningful change is achieved by serving others with purpose..

My TEDx journey began with a vision to connect knowledge, people, and purpose. Through TEDxITM as a TED Licensee and Lead Organizer at ITM Gwalior (MP), I have built a platform that celebrates diversity of thought — blending science, leadership, and human stories to inspire transformation.

I am known for my organizational leadership, but few realize my ability to maintain calm under high-pressure projects, build synergy among diverse teams, and align vision with execution — ensuring every idea finds its way to impact.
