Martin is an ambitious multipreneur, activist, and educator working with companies around Europe, Asia and the Americas on their inclusion for all strategies. Alongside being the CEO of Diversity Pride, equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) consultancy, Martin delivers Executive Education programmes focused on inclusive leadership development and HR strategy in transforming organisations at London Business School, ESCP Business School, and MIT. Martin actively collaborates with professionals from around the world in the fight for equal rights. Martin also collaborated with the International Olympic Committee (IOC), TED Talks (USA), UK House of Commons, European Commission, and several pride organisations around the world (Madrid, NYC, Amsterdam, Brussels, and London). Upon completion of a university degree, Martin founded TravBEAT a travel and events agency with a base in Turks and Caicos which continues to operate today. Martin is also an award-winning event, marketing, and project management professional with over a decade of experience working across various industries; in 2017 named "event influencer/game-changer". Developed, planned, and executed various high-profile bespoke projects, includes events attended by high-level investors, C-Suite level executives, and A-class celebrities. Outgoing and detail-oriented and proficient at building and maintaining inclusive professional relationships.
