Bio

I am an Indonesian student studying business in Japan. I have always been fascinated by the cultural and economic differences between Indonesia and Japan, and I believe that studying business in Japan will provide me with a unique perspective on the global business world. I am especially interested in learning about the different business strategies and management styles used in Japan, as well as the country's strong emphasis on technology and innovation. I am confident that my time in Japan will not only help me to gain a deeper understanding of the business world, but will also help me to develop the skills and knowledge needed to become a successful business leader in the future.

I'm passionate about

I am passionate about business because it offers endless opportunities to innovate, create, and make a positive impact on the world. From the excitement of starting a new venture to the satisfaction of seeing a company grow and succeed, the world of business has always captivated my imagination. One of the things I love most about business is the constant challenge to think creatively and find solutions to problems. Whether it's identifying a new market opportunity or streamlining a company's operations, the process of problem-solving is incredibly rewarding. I also enjoy the thrill of entrepreneurship, the idea of starting from scratch and building something from the ground up is very exciting. I am particularly drawn to the strategic aspect of business. I enjoy analyzing data and information, setting goals, and developing plans to achieve them. The process of strategic thinking allows me to see the big picture and understand how different pieces fit together to drive a business forward. In addition to these practical aspects, I also believe that business has the power to make a positive impact on society. Whether it's through creating jobs, supporting local communities, or developing sustainable practices, I believe that businesses have a responsibility to contribute to the greater good. Overall, my passion for business stems from a desire to make a difference, to be creative, and to be challenged. I am excited to continue exploring the endless possibilities within the world of business and to make my own contributions to the field.

An idea worth spreading

As we all know, the United Nations has established 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure that all people enjoy peace and prosperity by 2030. These goals are interconnected and interdependent, and addressing them requires a holistic and integrated approach. But if I had to choose one SDG that I believe is the most important, it would be SDG 1: No Poverty. Poverty is the root cause of many of the world's problems, including poor health, lack of education, and inequality. It is a violation of human rights and a moral injustice. Eradicating poverty is not only a humanitarian imperative, but also an economic and social one. When people are able to escape poverty, they are able to invest in their own well-being and that of their families and communities. They become healthier, better educated, and more productive citizens. However, to achieve this goal, we need to go beyond traditional approaches that focus on income redistribution and charity. We need to empower people to lift themselves out of poverty through decent work, entrepreneurship, and access to financial services, as well as by addressing systemic issues such as discrimination and inequality. We also need to recognize that poverty is not only an issue in developing countries, but it also exists in developed countries, and it disproportionately affects marginalized groups such as women, indigenous peoples, and persons with disabilities. In conclusion, ending poverty is the most important SDG because it is a fundamental human right and a necessary condition for achieving all other SDGs. By working together, we can ensure that no one is left behind and that everyone has the opportunity to live a life of dignity and opportunity.

The TED story

Once upon a time, there was a young child named Bryan who grew up in a broken home. His parents had separated when he was just a young boy and he was raised by his mother, who struggled to make ends meet and provide for him. Growing up, Bryan faced many challenges. He moved frequently and switched schools, which made it difficult for him to make friends and feel a sense of belonging. He often felt lonely and isolated, but he was determined not to let his circumstances define him. Despite the difficulties he faced, Bryan excelled in school. He was a gifted student, and his hard work and dedication earned him good grades. Bryan's talent and dedication did not go unnoticed. He was awarded several scholarships to attend college, including a full-tuition reduction scholarship at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University. Bryan's dream is to be an inspiration to others who may be facing similar challenges. He wants to show that with hard work, determination, and a positive attitude, anyone can overcome adversity and achieve success. He wants to be successful to not just be a personal achievement but also a way to give back to the community and help others. Especially children who struggles with a similarly tough upbringing

Things you might not know

Mental health management is an essential aspect of overall well-being. It encompasses the various strategies and techniques used to promote and maintain mental health, as well as to prevent and treat mental illness. Good mental health allows individuals to lead fulfilling and productive lives, while poor mental health can have a significant negative impact on one's quality of life. Being good in mental health management requires a combination of self-awareness, effective coping strategies, and professional support. Self-awareness is key to identifying and managing one's own mental health needs. This includes being able to recognize the signs and symptoms of mental illness, as well as understanding one's own emotional and psychological triggers. It also involves being aware of one's own strengths and limitations, and learning to set realistic goals for oneself. Effective coping strategies are critical for managing stress and maintaining mental well-being. These can include techniques such as mindfulness practices, exercise, healthy eating, and socializing. It's also important to have a variety of coping strategies to suit different situations, as what works for one person may not work for another. Professional support is also an important part of mental health management. This includes seeking therapy or counseling, medication management, and other forms of treatment when needed. It's essential to work with a qualified mental health professional who can provide personalized care and support. In addition to these strategies, it's important to stay informed about mental health and mental illness, and to advocate for increased awareness and support for mental health. This includes educating oneself about mental health issues and spreading awareness among friends and family. Ultimately, being good in mental health management involves a holistic approach that addresses the physical, emotional, and social aspects of one's well-being. It takes time, effort, and commitment, but the rewards of improved mental health are well worth it.
