Yasser Al Qawasmi is an expert in the field of learning and career development with many years of experience in human performance management and corporate training, providing outstanding training programs for managers and employees in various sectors including banking, education, retail, service, and governmental sectors.Currently, Yasser is working at Qatar University as Section Head of the Students’ Organizations to support the establishment of students’ organizations which aim to enhance students’ skills in planning, organizing and leadership. This role is key to the success of students in the area of building organizations which meets their needs and ambitions.Yasser previously worked as Head of Qatar University’s HR Systems Support and Helpdesk where he played a very important role in establishing performance management system and training development programs.
