Patricia has a broad and deep background in business, initially in the consumer goods industry working in sales leadership for companies like P&G and Coca-Cola.And latterly as a consultant, coach, facilitator and author. Patricia has always been a passionate advocate of gender balance in the workplace and has published a book called “She Said! “Which reached Amazon best seller status and is a practical handbook for women speaking and being heard, overcoming the silencing drivers and unconscious bias in organisations. She also recently launched “She Said! -The Online training programme. She is the licence holder and curator for TEDx St Albans (UK) and has loved bringing the TEDx concept to her home town. She has spoken at many events and multiple women’s groups within the sales, political and financial services sectors.

Coaching women at inflection points in their careers to recognize and be equipped to successfully deal with the challenges that are unique to women in business and politics. We need more women at senior levels in business and politics because we have not yet reached the tipping point where fundamental change and genuine gender balance in society can happen.
