I'm passionate about

Spending time with family and friends. I love to read, write, and give back my knowledge and expertise. I’m passionate about everything extreme and would consider myself an “adrenaline junkie.” From hello-skiing, scuba diving, and hiking beautiful places, to riding my motorcycle on the track, and travelling the world. I’m a fitness fanatic who prioritizes my health to ensure the longevity of my life.

An idea worth spreading

What’s the story you tell yourself? Maybe it’s that life is hard. Perhaps it’s how only the strong survive by overworking, imbalance, and constant burnout. What if you told yourself a different story? What if you started to think in another way that shapes your life for the better? The story you tell yourself is critical to the life you live. I challenge you to ask yourself one simple question: What if it were easy?

The TED story

I started to get involved in local TEDx events around Vancouver, Canada, in 2015. I attended my first event: Ideas to Action - TEDx Stanley Park, at Queen Elizabeth Theatre. At the time, I didn't know the later impact it would have on me and my life. I always understood the value of surrounding yourself with the right people, ideas, and change-makers. Several years later, in 2022, I attended more TEDx events, made more connections, and started focusing on speaking to impact others' lives. With more searching and research, I found that the annual TED conference was held in my backyard (Vancouver, Canada). I jumped at the opportunity to attend. 8 years later, after being introduced to TED, more excited than ever to learn, grow, and network. I look forward to listening intently and learning from some of the best in the world.
