Bio
Hi! I'm Henry Htun, an IBDP student currently attending Uptown International School. My TED journey started in Grade 6, when my then-drama teacher exposed me to the wonders of TED and how it gave people a platform for ideas worth spreading. Ever since I have been a member of the TED community, whether it be through volunteering at events, helping speakers develop, or simply being an attendee and learning through TED. My very first speech was at TEDx UIS in 2022, where I am now taking on the position of Lead Organizer in 2024 and spearheading the process of creating a TEDx event that will truly help the youth get a platform to speak about their ideas. I am looking forward to a future in TED and being an active part of this community.
