Bio

I'm a reporter/ poet who became a Web pioneer in 1995 and never looked back (except I still do creative writing in between tech projects for Microsoft). Initial hire for seattletimes.com, founded Seattle Webgrrls and Seattle Linuxchix. As"Blog Queen" got employees blogginat at Microsoft, launched the XNA Indie games platform so people could write and sell Xbox games, now doing social media and community outreach for Bing. The peeved chicken in the photo is Business Chicken one of three urban chickens at my house.
