Strategy does not fail because of a lack of ideas, but because of a lack of alignment. I design large-scale strategy co-creation processes that help leadership teams align on difficult choices. From that alignment, we turn strategy into operating models, innovation ecosystems and real transformation. In many organizations, change is driven by catalysts — people who see possibilities early and try to move things forward. Yet without the right collective processes, these individuals often find themselves pushing alone against organizational inertia, exposing themselves to frustration or burnout. My purpose is to help these catalysts create the conditions for impact: sharing their vision, building alignment, engaging the right stakeholders, and structuring conversations that transform individual initiative into collective movement. Through structured collaborative processes, I bring together leaders, managers, experts and stakeholders to explore complex strategic questions, clarify difficult trade-offs and converge toward decisions that people are ready to execute together. These processes often operate at scale, mobilizing entire leadership communities and sometimes hundreds of participants across the organization. For 25+ years, I have worked with large corporations, public service institutions and professional communities, helping both private and public organizations navigate strategic transformation. My work often takes place in moments of transformation, when organizations need to rethink their strategy, redesign their business model or build new forms of collaboration. More broadly, I am interested in how strategy can be designed as a collective process — one that mobilizes the intelligence of an organization, strengthens alignment among its leaders, and turns strategic ambition into decisions that can actually be implemented. For me, strategy is not only about choosing a direction. It is about creating the alignment that allows people to move together.

The moment when a group moves from debate to shared conviction — when an idea becomes something people are ready to build together. I am also fascinated in how groups make difficult choices when there is no obvious answer, and in tipping points — the moments when a situation suddenly shifts and new possibilities emerge. Outside my work, I enjoy reading across disciplines — strategy, psychology, philosophy and systems thinking — and long walks and meals with friends and colleagues to reflect (and digest).

The real challenge of strategy is not choosing the right direction. It is creating the alignment that allows people to move together.

The very first TED talk I watched was Dan Pink's Puzzle of Motivation sometime in 2010. I fell in love with the TED conferences, the energy and the enlightenment.
