Since 1995 I have worked in the IT department leading the development of the virtual campus platform. Now I leading the office of learning technologies in Open University of Catalonia ( http://learningtechnologies.uoc.edu) . My current work focuses on two themes; tools for elearning platforms and new formats of learning contents. These projects uses standardization, accessibility for people with disabilities, usability and free software development. Our Office receives the IGC (Internet Global Congress) innovation award 2006 and the IMS Gold award “Best Mobile Learning Solution" 2008 and NMC ( New Media consortium) Center of Excellence Award at the 2009 for our leadership in the areas of open educational resources and technology.
